Introducing Ozgur Cem Sen, Team Leader, Quality Assurance & Release Team. 
Ozgur Cem Sen (Cem) is a software engineer based in Los Angeles, California, USA. Originally from Turkey, Cem came to software engineering some 12 years ago after being previously involved in server administration and website development.
Cem comes to Mambo with a BS Degree from Technical University of Istanbul on "process control, robotics & computer engineering" and MBA from National Univeristy, California.
In his paid employment, Cem develops call controller and routing servers, middleware interfaces, device interfaces, software development tools, and anything and everything that his employers send his way. Most of his daily software activities involve C/C++, Java, Python, Pascal, SQL, and C#. In his own time, Cem works with LAMP and through his interest in FOSS development, Mambo became his CMS of choice.
In his introduction on the Mambo forums, Cem noted that: "Being a hardcore software engineer for that long, and hating everything that says QA on it, those folks over here picked me as the QA & Release Lead of the Team."
Cem's software engineering skills and perverse sense of humour about making programmers toe the line and answerable to QA, has led to improvements in the Mambo QA processes and a corresponding improvement in code quality. His work as team leader QA is setting Mambo firmly on the path of becoming a high quality enterprise class CMS.
